Idiots Throwing Money at Apple for Mindless, Gadgets at $20B Per Business Quarter

The only way a company like Apple, or any other electronic gadget company, could stack up close to $20 BILLION (piles of cash that could go to the moon & back a couple times over) of profit PER BUSINESS QUARTER is when you have hundreds of millions if idiots throwing endless amounts of their hard earned cash at Apple, and keep doing that every quarter Apple's "brilliant" gadget magicians come up with another brilliant idea/device they're able to convince the idiots that idiots can't live without those gadgets, each business quarter, from one year to the next...

Me, I've transitioned from a manual typewriter to a laptop --- the only gadgets or device I use --- in the last 30 years, I have not missed out on any earth shattering events in the history of humanity.

Not that I am able to notice anyway. Humans do have different "priorities" in life, truly!

yeah apple apple apple the fucking apple shares. i really missed out on the train ride there. at around 2000, the year of the lord, right after the tech bubble burst, apple shares were around 10 dollars or so, i had wanted to grab a few but didn't do it. http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/money_co/2011/08/apple-stock-steve-jobs-ceo-ipad-iphone-ipod-mac.html

why didn't i buy? because at that time, apple was mostly into mcintosh computer and stuff and the price languished around $10 and even hit bottom at around $6 in 2003.

and now today, apple just made a cool 20 billion dollars on iphone6 sale in one quarter or something like that.

the moral of the story is that in life, you are given a couple of opportunity/chance and that's it. if you missed it, you are done.

now on the use of technology, yes a laptop suffices.

is it necessary to own a smart phone? not really. i personally use my iphone to mostly snap pictures and videos. the rest is a few calls here and there some texting and sexting here and there and that's about it.

now if one wants to look cool then it's good to own a smartphone especially iphones.
